Learning from Tents

I never had the privilege of meeting Jim Devoe, but I know him by his legacy. If one day people say 1/2 as many wonderful things about me when I have passed onto greater things than I will consider my time here on earth well lived.

Yesterday our Senior Minister, Richard Clark, quoted Jim and I immediately wrote it down and thought if people could grasp this concept when they are in the middle of culture shock it might help them survive the worst moments.

Dont’ fold like a cheap tent.
